In this environment of dietary trends gone wild, a lot of our people are unsure about which road they should take for a healthy diet. We are inundated with terms like of Plant Based,Vegan, Vegetarian, Keto, Eat for your Blood Type, Alkaline, Atkin's, Paleo, Electric, Raw, etc.
We advocate a balanced approach to nutrition based on Indigenous (Afrikan, Black, African-American, Native) Food Science; which is guided by genetics, anatomy and physiology. This is because it has been scientifically proven that we are NOT all the same. The melanated body has different response-ability to pathogenic infection and exclusively unique abilities to directly process SUNLIGHT in order to nourish and rebuild its cellular functions on a genetic level.
I always recommend you start with our food list, which precedes this post, it's a very good starting point for your journey. Of course many of us still desire meat in our diets and in reality it is entirely permissible as an option for you in our Indigenous diet. We just have to be very selective in what we suggest because many animals regularly consumed in this culture are quite hazardous to the health of the melanated body because they are high nitrogen fixators, full of antibiotics or dwell in highly toxic environments which is a direct attack on our melanin based immune response.
This would rule out ALL traditional farm animals and farm grown fish from our diets.
What we would consume is always wild / non-domesticated fare, they always must be hormone and antibiotic free when you purchase or even better, hunt them.
Here is a list of a few animals that would qualify for your indigenous diet.
SEAFOODS
I offer all seafood with a strong caveat. The oceans are rife with PARTICLE RADIOACTIVE WASTE being dumped continuously from the destroyed Fukushima power plant directly into the Pacific Ocean, on the order of 400 TONS PER DAY for the last 12 YEARS. This is destroying the quality and safety of everything in the ocean; the larger the fish the more potentially life threatening it can be.
Wild Atlantic Salmon
Wild Atlantic Mackerel
Wild Atlantic Sardines
( Any canned fish must be in Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Water. Check that the can is BPA Free )
LAND ANIMALS
Bison (Buffalo)
Wild Turkey
Wild Duck
Venison
Remember the higher up the food chain you eat the higher the risk of consuming the environmental toxins that poison the landscapes of this planet.
Hopefully this will be a wide enough selection of food for you to make a proper selection from.
Yes, they are generally more expensive than the other popular meats available in supermarkets, but that's for good reason.
Feel free to ask me any questions via the chat box, email or text.
