THE ART OF THE FAST - part one

We have been encouraging and incorporating fasting into everyone's lifestyles.
The ability to refrain from eating for an extended measure of time is a very serious skill to have in these easy days. I'm not sure we all understand how critical it is to take these food breaks on a consistent basis throughout our lives. Eating everyday has its benefits but also the consumption of food inevitably leads to the consumption of toxins natural and man made.
The regular consumption of easily available foods is the root of the epidemic of over eating which plagues the "modern" world; look around and you will see so many people with distended bellies, moving around as if they are carrying the weight of the world on their shoulders and they literally are. Shoulders rounded, head hunched and knees caving inward. You can see the pressure.
The emotional baggage is combined with the physical and it's painfully obvious how all this is gonna end.
I am here to submit to you that if you are in that situation or heading that way it's not too late to turn yourself around but it going to require a little more participation from you than going to the refrigerator. It's the toughest thing you're gonna do and the EASIEST.
YOU ARE GONNA SAY NO
Those same words that your toddler learned, used and laughed everytime they saw your reaction to its use. That's how we want you to make Chik-Fil-A, McDonalds and Shake Shack feel; offended that somebody they have been destroying for years gets wise to their game and stops playing.
One of the primary causes of all this obesity is EATING OUT.
You already knew this though didn't you; bet you didn't need a $500,000 endowment to your lab to discover what was right in the damn mirror.
